Nothing beats a bacon sandwich in the morning before work. The smells of delicious bacon fill the air as you fry the bacon on your oven or grill it to reach a crispy consistency. Bacon is the key to any good breakfast meal but can be used for so much more than that.
Rindless bacon is traditionally prepared with the rind trimmed off and then lightly smoked with natural wood smoke before being pre-sliced for your convenience.
Bacon is an ideal dish to have on its own or as a component of a hearty breakfast; however, you can use it to accompany other ingredients. For example, no Christmas meal would be complete without a stake of pigs in blankets, or as they are also known, smoky bacon wraps. Why not liven up your mealtime by having a bacon bolognese or pea and bacon pasty. The choices are endless when you have high-quality smoked bacon at your disposal.
We have different weight options available, including 250g, 500g and 1kg. You can select the option which suits your needs, along with the quantity you require.
